BED CONFIGURATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Rates are quoted without breakfast.
•	No charge for children under 12 years old occupying same rooms as parents (without extra bed).
•	Extra Bed is not applicable for Superior rooms.
•	Rates for buffet breakfast is at RM30.00 ++ per adult and RM25.00 ++ per child (6-11 years old)
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM80.00 ++ per bed per night for bed only without breakfast.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We Accept American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Diners, and Visa Cards.
•	Group and monthly rates available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

One night room charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event cancellation not made within 4days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

COMPULSORY DINNER ON CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR EVE

All bookings during Christmas Eve on 24 December and on New Year’s Eve 31 December, guests are required to subscribe to the Eve’s Dinners at the following rates :

Adults : RM80.00 ++ per person
Child (6 to 11 years) : RM70.00 ++ per child

Child : 02 to 12 years old
Child below 02 years old with occupying parent are free of charge
